Booyah! I've been waiting for this! Telus wants to compete for Vancouver 2010 Olympics wireless bucks, they needed to upgrade their networks to accept the most popular phone around, the Jesus Phone! Oh I can't wait to jump on and dump my Rogers contract unfortunately I've still got about 2yrs to go. I'll wait it out but I'm so happy I don't have to stay with Robbers anymore then I have to.
Now to go finish downloading apps for my Asia trip.

Day(week) 1: Fit Test- DONE!!! Woot!
Insanity Fit test: Huff huff huff......I've done it! Finally did the fit test in 1 going!! Booyah! Sure some of my results suck, but some were pretty good! Beat one of the demonstrators scores for some of them. Pussy!!! haha! I feel tired but not puking tired this time! Six pack abs here I come! huff huff

Yah I skipped trying it yesterday but
a) the leg I sprained a few weeks back was feeling wonky
b) it was my birthday. Screw you if you think I'm going to sweat for my birthday!

INSANITY DAY 1 : REVISED
Oh god.
Did all of yesterday and made it to suicide lunges.
.....
.....and died.
Good gravy, if you're not in any decent physical shape DO NOT TRY THIS WORKOUT. It's killer! I think I may be able to make it through the Fit Test by the end of the week.....and then I get to do the normal workout!
Lungs burning......stomach heaving......need fitter body.....urgh........
Gonna undue everything on Sat with all those Tacos! Yumm!!! :D :D :D

Day 1: Fit Test
So 25mins of exercise. Doesn't sound bad. I play 1hr of ice hockey, dodgeball, volleyball, etc etc etc. Granted ice hockey is the worse when it's one hour of continuous skating/so this shouldn't be so bad. I should know what I'm getting into. Need to get back into game shape anyways.
OMFG.
I lasted 12mins before I said fuck it. Day 1 starts tomorrow.
About 5mins warm up, easy. Tiring but easy. Which should tell you how long I haven't been exercising.
F'ing Max Interval training. 1 min each with about minute rest between
Switch Kicks
Power Squats
Power Knees
Power Jumps
Globe Jumps
... and I'm done. I feel like upchucking which is a good sign for me. Means I'm pushing my body. But F it for tonight. Day 1 restarts tomorrow now that I know what to REALLY expect.
